Purchase / Cancellation / Refund (Basics)

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing.
  • Cancellations and refunds are handled according to Apple / Google store policies.
  • Purchase status is managed by the store, so it may take time to reflect in the app.

How to cancel (turn off auto-renew)

You cannot cancel inside the app. Please manage your subscription in the store settings.

iOS (App Store)

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select this app and tap Cancel Subscription

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon (top-right)
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions
  4. Select this app and tap Cancel subscription

Note: After cancellation, you may still have access until the next renewal date (store policy).
For refunds, please contact Apple / Google support.

What is “Restore Purchases”?

It re-syncs your subscription purchase from the store to the app. This is helpful if your purchase is not reflected, or after reinstalling the app.

I subscribed, but ads are still showing

  1. Restart the app.
  2. Try again with a stable internet connection.
  3. Use Restore Purchases in the app.

My subscription is not reflected

  • Make sure you are using the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase.
  • Update the app to the latest version.
  • Use Restore Purchases.

Device change (within the same OS)

The app provides a data transfer feature for changing devices (use the “Device Transfer” feature inside the app).
Please follow the in-app instructions.

  • On your old device, create transfer information using the in-app feature.
  • On your new device, enter the transfer information to restore your data.

Important: iOS ↔ Android transfers are not supported

Transfers between iOS and Android are not supported.
Apple and Google use separate stores and purchase systems, so cross-platform transfers are not available.

How to find your Support ID

Open “Settings / Support” in the app and copy your Support ID. Including it in your inquiry helps us respond faster.
