These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application "Piano Score Fighter" (the "App") provided by HIGASHIDEYA, K.K.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew.
• To cancel, use your store account settings.
• Refunds are subject to each store's refund policy.

3. Support ID

The App uses a support_id generated per device. Reinstalling the App may change your support_id. Subscription restoration is handled through each store's restore purchase feature.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or analyzing the App
• Using cheats or automated tools
• Any act that violates laws or public order
• Any act that infringes the rights of us or third parties

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and its content belong to us or their respective rights holders.

6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for issues arising from network conditions, device environments, external store outages, or policy changes.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the App or its services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the court of first instance.
